I believe that when we fill our own cups we can pour into the people in our lives, and that's when we can really Notice the goodness in ourselves and others. Taking the time to fill our own cups isn't a luxury, it is vital to successful living. It's like putting on your own oxygen mask first if the cabin pressure should drop in an airplane. It is not a suggestion - It is a requirement. Then (and only then) are we really able to help those around us.
One of the most powerful things we can do is to continue to have even more conversations with the amazing people in our lives about self-worth, celebrating the people in our lives, and the power of Noticing and being Noticed. It is my hope that The Noticed Network continues to provide inspiration, information, and an invitation for you and the people in your life to engage in the practice of Noticing goodness.
Let's keep our cups full so that together we can make the world a better place!
